Khalil Issa just can’t get off Division Street. He’s spent more than a quarter century running body shops on or just off the Arlington, Texas, byway, once known as Arlington Car Aisle before its multiple new-car dealerships fled the weathered street for sparkling new interstate highway locations. In fact, a headline in the local paper in the early 2000s labeled Division Street “A Car Street Named Depart.”
