Here’s some of what was said around the industry in 2024

It’s been a year in which parts challenges continued to ease a bit, claims counts were down while total losses were up, and the industry as a whole was able to hire (or develop) more new technicians — all of which reduced the backlog of work at most shops. Many in the industry wonder — and in some cases, worry about — whether those trends will continue in 2025.
