MUMBAI, India (AP) _ Tata Motors Ltd. (TTM) on Monday reported a loss of $603.5 million in its fiscal first quarter.
The Mumbai, India-based company said it had a loss of 79 cents per share.
The automaker posted revenue of $8.89 billion in the period.
Tata Motors shares have risen 56% since the beginning of the year. The stock has nearly tripled in the last 12 months.
