TOKYO (AP) _ Honda Motor Co. (HMC) on Wednesday reported fiscal first-quarter net income of $2.03 billion, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Tokyo-based company said it had net income of $1.18 per share.
The automaker posted revenue of $32.74 billion in the period.
Honda shares have risen 16% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 31% in the last 12 months.
